Fabrication and Laying of Pipelines

Route Survey and Design

Engineering Design

Detailed engineering of pipeline specifications, such as diameter, wall thickness, material choice (e.g., steel, HDPE), insulation, and protection against corrosion.

Fabrication

Fabrication yards manufacture pipe pieces, bends, valves, and fittings.

Laying and Installation

Putting pipes on land or at sea using trenching, directional drilling, or laying techniques. This includes testing to ensure it is safe and intact, as well as welding, painting, and testing.

Commissioning
